Capital South Wealth Management LLC is a Registered Investment Adviser in Louisiana and may transact business in those states in which it is registered, or qualifies for an exemption from registration requirements due to the de minis rule. Any subsequent, direct communication by Capital South Wealth Management LLC with a prospective client shall be conducted by a representative that is either registered or qualifies for an exemption or exclusion from registration in the state where the prospective client resides. The representatives with whom the prospective client is communicating with works for Capital South Wealth Management LLC, and the firm is aware of the communications.
